Best plumbers in Buffalo. No question. I had a difficult plumbing job between two floors of an old home, and it took them six hours to complete. Derrick and his team are highly skilled, professional, and left the area spotless. Highly recommend.

Matt came to our rescue today after we had previous work done by another company. Matt came in and thawed our pipes and insulated the area the very best he could in this -12 weather we are having. I real PRO at plumbing. He was not afraid to say he made a mistake and came to solutions quickly to resolve the issue and got my shower back up and running in no time. I love the fact that he is hard working, honest, & fair. He went above and beyond for me. I'm so 🙏 grateful.

Fixed a busted pipe for $330 when another company had quoted us $1,700. After three days of no water and flushing with melted snow, we could have cried we were so happy. Flushing has never felt so good.

I can't say enough good things about Jon the Plumber and his outstanding team. We've used Jon's services numerous times over the years, and each experience has been exceptional. Most recently, we had a new bottle filling station installed at our office, and it's been a fantastic addition for the entire team. Justin, Dan, Ben & Dustin did an excellent job of installing new appliances ( DW, Fridge, Range & Garbage Disposal) as well as notice a potential fire hazard of a spliced wire to the DW. Repaired upstairs toilet with new guts & wax seal & floor bolts! Jon & Aubrey Hlavaty have a great crew and run a wonderful business! My Forever Plumbers & Friends!

JTP plumbing has their house in order !! These guys are very quickly becoming one of our favorite sub contractors to work with and do business with. All of his employees are knowledgeable, professional and organized. A rough start but very pleased with results. I had recently contacted Jon the Plumber for a failing shower diverter value. After the initial service call, we had a communications failure and I was not happy. When Jon learned of the communications breakdown, he personally contacted me, came to my home and made a temporary fix until new hardware arrived. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed and he had a satisfied customer. It is good to know there are still honest contractors out there that care about their customers. Thank you!

I would recommend Jon the Plumber 1000 times over. I’ve had a few positive experiences with them but the most recent one made me a client for life and I will continue to share this experience with others needing a plumber. They will be a referral to others going forward. They did a terrific job for me in 2023 when I had my bathroom remodeled. They were contracted to do the plumbing for the new shower. At the time I had old corroded pipes and so I hired them back to replace my bathroom plumbing with PVC. I was very satisfied. Fast forward to summer 2025, I made a costly mistake by hiring someone off of thumbtack to install shower fixtures in my new home. It wasn’t done properly and the individual was not qualified for the job. I remembered the experience with Jon and desperately called them (regretting I didn’t call them to begin with). I can’t imagine this was an easy job to pick up having to correct someone else’s mistakes but I worked directly with Jon and his team and they took the time to properly assess how to correct the previous job including a referral to Mark, top in the business with tile work. Together Jon, his team, and Mark uninstalled the previous shower head/handle etc, replaced the tile, cut new tile and installed the new fixture ensuring all was straight and working properly with no leaks. I am forever grateful for the openness to take this mess on and they will always be who I call in the future for any plumbing needs. They do quality work and are contracted by other businesses in the area for plumbing for things such as bathroom remodels so that speaks volumes. Thank you to Jon, his team and Mark! Darrik from Jon the Plumber recently came out to address a draining problem in our tub shower. It was a frustrating problem we were having and Darrik took the time and initiative to explain the possible location and cause of the problem(s). Derrick was very friendly, meticulous in his work, and left the bathroom & utility room spotlessly clean. His knowledge, experience, and skills were obvious and left us confident that he would fix the problem.
